At Lakeside Up, we are confident that you will love our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund within 30 days.
To initiate the refund or exchange process, email orders@lakesideup.com within 30 days of placing your order. Please include the order ID, product, reason for return or exchange so we can make it right. We will then send a return label you can download and print to attach to the box be mailed back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
