1. What dock systems are your products compatible with?
Our dock accessories are designed with seasonal lake docks, commonly found on lakes in the northern United States and in Canada, in mind. Our products attach on top of dock systems that have dock legs that are round posts which rise above the decking.
2. What is a “Dock Post Mount”?
Some of our products include a connecting mechanism which allows up to 3 compatible accessories can be added to a dock post. The Dock Post Mount fits snugly on a post and allows up to 3 compatible accessories can be swapped onto a single post.
For example, if you purchase our “Crack a Cold One” bottle opener (with mount included) and separately buy a single “Hold my Cold Snack” cup holder, you can add them to the same post on a single mount if you choose.
Any accessory that is compatible with the standard round post connector is also compatible with the large round post connector.
3. What Size DOCK post Do I HAVE?
The most common dock post size for seasonal docks is Standard Round.

5. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for processing.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with delivery estimates given during checkout.
7. What is your return policy?

8. Are your products weather-resistant?
Yes! Our products are designed for outdoor use and can withstand typical weather conditions.
