We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) to the continental United States on orders over $100. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are provided prior to checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lakesideup.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
