We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) to the continental United States on orders over $100. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are provided prior to checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lakesideup.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
